I am a business coach, fractional marketing consultant, and keynote speaker. But what most people remember about working with me is not the framework. It is the feeling that someone finally saw them clearly and told them the truth.
I am direct, I ask good questions, and I will say the thing that is hard to say. I care about fairness, integrity, and effective communication. I believe everyone’s experience is valid. And I believe the most capable people in any room are often the ones who are hardest on themselves.
What I Believe
People do not change by learning new information. They change by taking different actions. And what causes someone to take a different action is a shift in how they think, feel, and believe. That is where real change lives, not in a new strategy document or to do list, but in the person reading it.
I also believe that what we do for others, we rarely do for ourselves. The fierce independent thinking that got you here is not what will get you to the next level. You need a catalyst to spark action, provide clarity, and help you to access to your full capacity.

How I Work
Most experienced entrepreneurs and leaders are not stuck because they lack skill, vision, or commitment. They are stuck because something in the way they are working is no longer serving the level they are operating at.
The work that I do closes that gap between where they are and their full capacity.
As a keynote speaker, fractional marketing consultant, and business coach, I help identify what is actually in the way, remove the blocks and bottlenecks, and build the conditions for their best work to happen.
I do that by bringing three things to every engagement:
Energetic presence that raises aliveness, possibilities, and hope
Precision language that organizes thinking and simplifies operations
Grounded perspectives and insights that lead to meaningful actions
This is not about more strategy or blue sky thinking. It is about practical frameworks and the support to follow through with meaningful actions. Clarity comes from action, not from waiting.
A Piece of My Story
I have been running my own businesses for decades. I have coached hundreds of clients through real transitions, spoken on stages internationally and across Canada, and built frameworks that work in practice, not just in theory.
But the reason people come back, and the reason they refer others, is not the credentials. It is the perspective.
Most entrepreneurs and small business owners think they need to work harder, do more, hustle through it. In my experience, that is almost never the actual problem.
The real work is usually about getting clear on what actually matters, protecting the conditions where your best thinking happens, leveraging what you are already brilliant at, and letting go of the “shoulds” and “have to’s” that are quietly running the show.
I spend a lot of my time helping people stop ‘shoulding’ on themselves and start leveraging their evidence of awesome.
Most coaches do not consult. Most consultants do not coach. They are separate skill sets and separate ways of supporting people. I do both. I draw on positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and evidence-based business operations models, and I adapt my approach to each person rather than applying a fixed formula.
You are not broken, bad, or to blame. Friction is an opportunity for simplification, not a call for more complexity. And you are not the only entrepreneur who struggles with this.
